At N019 Kitchen & Bar, it is about good food, a warm welcome and enjoying time together at the table. Behind N019 are two sisters who both love hospitality, each with her own role. One is in the kitchen creating the dishes, building on the recipes of the past with the occasional new idea along the way. The other welcomes guests in the café and creates the warm atmosphere you feel the moment you walk in. N019 is our newest place, inside Alp de Veenen Hotel. Here we cook our mother's recipes — the flavours we grew up with — just a little different from how they were at home. Familiar, but with a twist of our own.
We have run Alp de Veenen Hotel, in the Old Village of Amstelveen, together for more than fifteen years. In that time we have learned what makes guests happy: good food, a warm welcome and the space to really settle in and take your time.
